Hey there, I’m Amy!

 

I’m not just a wedding photographer. I’m a visual storyteller, a vibe curator, a mama, an artist, and a lover of all things soulful and real. Photography is my passion, but it's only one brushstroke on the canvas of who I am.

 

I’m a proud Puerto Rican creative with charisma, and a deep love for rice and beans, comedy, and good sarcasm. I’m also a spiritual being on a beautifully chaotic 3D journey, currently working toward becoming a holistic life coach, because healing and connection light me up.

 

But above all, I’m a mother to two radiant, tree-hugging little stars, Amadeus and Azaria. They’re my daily inspiration and the fuel behind my creativity and hustle.

 

You can often find me barefoot on the beach, treasure hunting in thrift stores, grooving to the sweet sounds of Stevie Wonder, Amy Winehouse, and Miles Davis, or nerding out over quantum physics and the magic of the universe. I’m a foodie, a vibe chaser, a family yoga enthusiast, and I have a strict no-spiders-no-negativity policy!

 

My Philosophy

 

Every wedding is a work of art, your story, your energy, your people. Whether you’re tying the knot in a backyard filled with fairy lights or at a swanky resort, I show up with my heart wide open and my camera ready to capture the moments that matter most.

 

My goal isn’t just to take pretty pictures (although you’ll definitely get those!) I want to create photos you’ll be obsessed with. The kind you feel in your soul. I’m not the kind of photographer who hides behind a lens, I’ll laugh with you, cry with you, and probably dance with your aunt on the reception floor. My clients become my friends, and I’ve had the honor of documenting their milestones long after the wedding cake is gone.

 

My Journey

 

I fell in love with photography as a little girl, flipping through my mom’s vintage black-and-white photo albums. Those grainy, magical images sparked something in me, and I knew storytelling through photos would be my path.

 

I graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 2006 with an Associate’s Degree in the Business and Science of Photography. While in school, I dove headfirst into weddings, assisting high-end photographers, learning the ropes, and building my own unique style. By 2008, I launched my own business, and I’ve been capturing love stories ever since.

 

What You Can Expect

 

From morning mimosas and first-look butterflies to epic dance floor moments, I’ll be there for it all. I blend documentary-style storytelling with editorial flair, capturing the big emotions, the tiny details, and the unfiltered magic in between. Yes, we’ll get the formal family portraits (because those matter!), but my true love is for the in-between, the laughter, the tears, the soul of your celebration.

 

At the heart of it all, I believe the best weddings are the ones where there's trust. If you vibe with me and my approach, we’re going to make magic together.
